Blooper helps team embrace failure by allowing team members anonymously submit their mistakes via a form submission through Slack at the start of the week. During the mid-week, team members vote on the best submission. At the end of the week, the person behind the best fail is revealed, encouraging transparency and growth. Blooper also has a leaderboard to encourage engagement.
The free trial works automatically starts when a user adds Blooper to their workspace. The user can set up the app as they so wish and have access to all of Blooper's features for 30 days.
Yes, you can upgrade from free at any time. You simple sign up for Blooper by logging into the online dashboard and adding your payment details. To access to the Blooper dashboard you can click on the following link: https://dashboard.blooperapp.com/
When you subscribe to Blooper you will be charged $2 per user month. So for example, if you have 5 team members using Blooper then you will be charged $10 per month.
You can request a copy of your teams data by sending a request to hello@blooperapp.com. We will send you the copy within 14 days of your request.
When the free 30 day trial is over the user will no longer have access to any of Blooper's features. Blooper will send you reminder messages to subscribe in order to continue gaining access to all features.
Blooper stores its data in US-based Google Cloud accounts.
